What are the delivery charges?

We offer free delivery on all orders. No minimum order value required.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items. To be eligible, items must be unworn and in the same condition as received, with the original packaging included.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. No restocking fees apply.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@millies-boutique.com and we will guide you through the process step by step.

Once your return has been received and processed, a full refund will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details. If you have not received a tracking email, please contact us at info@millies-boutique.com and we will look into it right away.

How do I choose my size with wide feet?

Choose your usual size, then check the insole length in the size chart on each product page. Measure your foot from heel to longest toe and add ¼–½ inch (0.5–1 cm). Our Wide fit and Bunion-friendly collections are cut wider across the foot.
